I blame the Human traffickers for this as they prey on the already poor and unfortunate with promises of a better life in Europe. They then demand these sad people to pay them what little money they have for a chance to escape their poverty ridden lives.

But as we can see from this story they are put at great risk by travelling in overcrowded and unsafe boats with little food or water in shark infested waters for weeks at a time. These incidents are now becoming more common but are still very shocking...!!!!
