Do you floss, brush two/three times a day and mouthwash or just a quick brush in the morning?
More importantly what do you use, which brush/ paste do you swear by as the best ever?

Oral B pro expert, it feels like the stuff dentists use to clean your teeth a bit grainy if that makes sense. And Tee Pee interdental brushes as I hate floss..:bawling: Mouthwash any that is on offer.

I used to just brush twice a day but last time I went to the dentist I was told my gums were bleeding a little bit. I don't know what that means exactly but I want to try and get as old as possible without having any fillings etc so i'm flossing every night now too. :p

There a special mouthwash that clears bleeding
you use that over the time your gums bleed.
The green mint is best

As well as teeth brushing
you must brush your gums every day.
Using a Battery or Electric toothbrush
is perfect for you.

I brush my teeth twice a day, once in the morning and again before I go to bed. Usually we have Colgate toothpaste at home.

I got the alcohol free one today, it's nice.
Had the toothpaste before it's vile! Gave it to my mother for her dentures
