Teacher recorded cussing out classroom
after student heckles her over the
term 'African-American' - and now
she's on leave
A teacher at the Humanities and
Art Academy in Harbor City, California
was placed on paid leave this week
for cussing at students in her class
The unidentified teacher says a student
heckler prompted her tirade
That student recorded the break down and
disseminated it online
The teacher apologized for the outburst
and blames part of it on health issues ]

I feel sorry for teachers who have to put up with students like that, they're only human at the end of the day

17/18 usually. it's the last year of public school for Americans. College is the next step if they graduate 12th grade.

12th grade is Senior year of high school. Most kids are 18 (technically adults) when they graduate 12th grade.

..so it would be like the final year of 6th form college here, I think it would be tough to teach that year but she's apologised for it and seems quite a good and popular teacher with the students there...
