As you stroll down the street happily humming your favorite Backstreet Boys song, an attractive male/female (preference) asks if you can spare some money for a bus ticket. At the same time, a sickly looking homeless person asks if you can spare some change -- you have no idea what they'll do with it. You only have enough change to give to one person. Who are you more likely to give money to?

the chances of me ever seeing that female again are slim and the chances of that homeless person wasting the money are very high.. i'll take the risk and pay for her bus fare in the hope we meet again and she can do me a favour

I would throw it down the street and yell Fetch! and laugh as they both scramble down the road for it

The homeless. If the woman is attractive, with this looks obsessed world, she can probably score a bus fare with some other person, but people are less kind to homeless because they think their limo is around the corner.

Speaking of BSB when are they touring in London? I want to go. I need to see them before they need canes to get on stage :amazed:

I'd give it to the hottie if he promised he'd give me a shag for being so kind.

Otherwise the homeless tramp can go and buy a pasty.

exactly why shud I give my hard earned cash to someone who hasn't got the busfare? they shouldn't have gone out without arranging how to get home ie keep back their bus fare.

In my head, I'd apologise to the hottie, offer to drive her home because I need to give the homeless dude money for food, probably stop at a lake for a picnic, leading to the start of a beautiful friendship (that's got to be worth points). But in reality I'd probably just put my head down, say, "no, sorry", and walk past them both and spend the next 3 days wondering why I didn't try it on.

:joker:

I found it more unbelievable that a hot woman would approach me in the street. When I go outside people usually just throw things at me.

we treat good looking members of the opposite sex differently, would be more inclined to give the money to a girl, but it takes a lot to ask a stranger for money, so it would show if she is trying it on.
the money would do nothing in the long term to help the guy sleeping rough.
