THE LONG HOT SUMMER OF BRUV Aisleyne boost as fans tire of Nik 'love story'
By Nicola Methven, Tv Editor
AISLEYNE is now favourite girl to win BB - after viewers tired of Nikki's snogathon.
Her non-stop passion with Pete has proved such a turn-off that Aisleyne has overtaken her to become third favourite after Pete and Glyn.
Most of the audience were thrilled when the lovebirds were reunited on Friday night.
They hugged, talked and kissed in the garden for hours, with Pete declaring his love to Nikki.
But over the weekend BB fans tired of their kissing and giggling. Now, they are backing Aisleyne to beat Nikki in the final placings on Friday.
Before re-entering the house, Nikki declared bitchily: "Every time I see Aisleyne, I feel sick."
However, the Londoner has been chummy to her, and even said of the romance: "It's beautiful."
Last week, Aisleyne's odds to win were 33/1 but yesterday they were 8/1, with Nikki on 16/1.
After bookies William Hill took lots of bets on Aisleyne, a spokeswoman said: "We have taken virtually NO money on Nikki since her return. But Aisleyne has played a very good game."
Over the weekend, Nikki and Pete spent hours snuggled up in bed, whispering sweet nothings. Nikki even described Pete in the diary room as "an angel sent from heaven".
On Saturday night, Pete earned a solitary session in the BB nightclub, where he downed five glasses of champagne, two beers and a cocktail.
When he came out, he was so drunk he put a flowerpot on his head and jumped in the pool.
Yesterday, Nikki was punished for talking to Richard about the outside world. She argued for 20 minutes before shutting up for six minutes - and was then released from the diary room.
