How well do you sleep at night?

Are you a heavy sleeper that barely hears the alarm in the morning or are you a light sleeper that wakes to every sound in the night?

Really heavy sleeper usually. Its strange though, but nothing really wakes me up (hell, gav was once drilling our bedroom walls and it never woke me up..think that comes from living on a busy highstreet for so long) however a slight whimper from Skye does :S

Recently though, not so well. I have started getting this awful crushing pain in my ribs pretty much every night. Docs reckon its inflammation of the muscles or something..costocondriatus I think they said it was called. Having to take tablets most nights just to be comfortable :bored:

Pretty well, never normally takes me that long to drift off and even though I do often wake early in the morning I can always just go straight back to sleep

Terribly. Blueberry is my cure. I have an over active brain that views any time of complete silence, as party time.

This.

Apart from when I know I have to be up really early in the morning for something important, then I just seem to sleep really lightly and wake up almost hourly, I think it might be my brain worrying in case I sleep in.

This. A bomb can go off when I finally start sleeping, but I very rarely get to sleep before 2am.

A good mix of all the above.

I never normally go to bed before 1/1.30 ish. I need to be really tired or it is a waste of time.

I tend to wake up a few times through the night then nod back off, some nights however I find myself clock watching.
Best thing for my insomnia is to put 24 hour news on....helps me drift off.

I am with Josy on the not sleeping very well if I have an early appointment the next day, end up sleeping in through lack of sleep:blush:
