Do you dress up and carve pumpkins or do you sit in getting pissed of by trick or treaters?

..yeah, I carve a pumpkin and leave it out..we don't really have parties anymore though...

We are going to a farm this week to choose a big pumpkin which we will carve. I am taking my little boy trick or treating for the first time and then will eat all his sweets - to save his teeth :laugh:

No, lights off, curtains closed, in the back room. Halloween can **** off. Poor excuse of a holiday

When I were a lad, back in the olden days, I used to go to fruit and veg shop, get a turnip, hollow it out, carve in a scary face put a candle in it and go door to door saying "penny for Halloween"

Now if the kids come to my house, i'll answer to the first two that knock and give them 50p, after the first two i just ignore the rest.

I may watch a good classic horror film.

I like carving pumpkins but don't dress up and stuff stopped doing that 6 years ago

Normally don't like it and do everything in my power to ignore it and treat it like any other day but have been persuaded to go to a halloween party this year which is very annoying because now I have a right hassle to find a costume

Suprises me why not many people go dressed up as a traffic warden. Its kinda like an adult version of a vampire, cold blooded and don't like to be seen in the day unless they are after you.

I love it, we put up decorations, carve pumpkins and I make up little treat bags like these
