the main thing would probably be to travel a bit on my own/with a friend, its probably about time i did something on my own without having someone else to still be there to pay for things, cook dinners and drive me around on holidays.. also get a full time job but that can wait.

I'm currently undergoing Cognitive behavioural therapy for my mental illness body dysmorphic disorder. I would like to complete that and be a functioning member of society again.

.....Richard, you really didn't think you would do well in your Art GCSE, and you actually did amazingly...it's really easy to think that you're not going to achieve something and especially at the beginning of the year when there's so much work and pressure ...and maybe if you don't have the confidence in yourself that you should either....but you work hard/you want to do well...and you will, I'm sure you will..the hardest task you have is to try not to worry/think about it/get anxious.......

Hopefully things get better :amazed:

I was really angry when I heard that they removed the January AS exams and we were to have all our exams at the end of the year, but I only got one D and three Es in my end of term practice tests last week so I'm very happy we don't have them anymore... I definitely wouldn't be ready to sit my first set of exams in just three months time!! The extra revision/practice time is now greatly appreciated by me.

Id like my cleaning business to be up and running with as many customers as I need.
Id still like to get on the chase.
Id like one of my whippets to become a champion racer, her brother already is.
Id like to have a 6 pack/flat stomach
Id like to be in good health.

I'm going to start writing my first feature film, partly inspired by the last ten minutes of The 25th Hour.

I only conceived of it recently and I still need to hammer out the details but roughly it starts with the anti hero going on the run from incarceration on the day he was meant to turn himself. He opts to take the risk instead of starting a new life and leaving behind everything he once knew and loved. He journeys across America and falls in to a new kind of existence and completely loses his old personality. His old ego dissolves and he essentially becomes a different mind in the same body.

That is until someone or some thing acts as a sort of catalyst trigger for him to have his old life come crashing in on him again, where he has to either confront it or keep running. Or something like that. I dunno. I saw The 25th Hour recently and loved the last piece of it so much that I wanted to write it straight away.

I'm also getting a new rig next week and hope to have saved my $obriety dollar by January to afford a decent analog synth and MIDI controller set up so I can start producing music again. More as a hobby but we'll see where it leads. It's something I never committed to fully before as a result of adolescent distractions but yeah. I'd love to do ambient soundscapes, trip hop that sort of thing. Nothing major. Doing videogame music would be one of my dream jobs.

I'm also going to continue writing my first short novel 'Candy Zombie' - a pulp tale about a young prostitute trying to shag enough cash to escape from a dystopian hell hole.

And thennnn I need some masterplan Get Rich Quick schemes and will be going back to Uni in September. In Ireland once you hit 23 you're a mature student and can get nice enough money to survive and study from the gubament. And I can try my hand at anything I want. It's based for mature students on suitability/assessments/essays stuff like that and not the absolute calamity that was my Leaving Cert results.

I don't even know what I want to do in Uni. The idea is to cultivate a studious time to earn a serious job this time around whilst I do my less secure, more artsy stuff alongside it. I'm really attracted to biological sciences and anything to do with genetics so probably that :).

Oh oh oh and this really ramshackle indie promotion called Celtic Championship Wrestling now puts on shows in Ireland and they run a dodgy out training school not far from where I live. They're so scummy and stuck for talent that after a month of training they put you on the card. So I'm going to be a wrestler. For reals. When the time comes [I.E. when my arm is not broke] I'll set up an appropriate thread documenting my journey. I want someone to follow me and document it. I know plenty of people in film and think it would make a decent documentary.

Improvement in my health would be a great achievement as well.
