I'm a very light sleeper. The slightest noise can wake me up.

I'm a good sleeper...I rarely have trouble sleeping. I went through a time this year with loads on my mind when I struggled to sleep and it was awful.

If sleeping was an Olympic event, I would be a gold medalist. I actually hate how easily I can fall asleep.

..that's good though, Verbal..I wish I was more like that..and maybe an indication that your mind is free of thoughts/worries etc...

I'm an awful sleeper. it can take me hours, all night to get to sleep although when I am asleep I don't wake up that easily really.

Once I go to bed,no matter what time that may be, I usually am asleep in less than five minutes and then I just stay in a deep sleep for easily 6 hours.

I can sleep as soon as I decide to, whether tired or not. Comes in handy when I am ill..tend to just go into hibernation

You mean to say there's a cure?

Vicky.

Well the cure for me was the guy I used to spend all night talking to getting permabanned (by me too :bored: ) (obviously for reasons unrelated)

I dont recommend it D:

There must be another way

I'd say that I'm a medium sleeper, can be really easy or really hard to get to sleep and really easy or really hard to wake me up, Once we had an earthquake and I slept through it all :joker:

Ouch, that must have been hard.

I hear some people mentioning this thing called a 'life' but I just have no idea what one of those is :joker:

Always found it strange how a lot of people can't get back to sleep after waking up, just after waking up is when I'm at my most tired so I find it pretty easy, it's staying up that is the problem

I normally get a decent 8 hours as well, about 2/2.30-10/10.30 I sleep for, though I do have one day where I need to be up at 8 which makes it difficult to try and get an earlier night in

I love my sleep .but find it difficult to switch off, even though I am really tired ,I'm still fidgeting about for hours, hate getting up in the mornings, never really have an early night tbh.

I'm an insomniac, but I'm naturally a bit of a night owl.
It's hard getting to sleep but once I am I tend to stay asleep now.
My daughter does the hibernation thing when she's ill too vicky :) we all need a good 8hrs to function at all here haha!

I'm an awful sleeper, I have to be really tired in order to get to sleep straight away.. otherwise I just lie there for a couple of hours

More or less yeah, just woke up from a 12 hour sleep
I can never have an early night though, or nap in the day

I struggle with sleep every day, I have never been able to fall asleep instantly, I have wished so many times for that to be the case, it's just impossible to me, sometimes I lay in bed for the whole night without sleeping, then get up and stay awake for the whole day, go to bed at night and still can't sleep.. Once I actually fall asleep I am so exhausted that I pass out for 8-10 hours, which is very bad for my quality of life at the moment since I end up sleeping all day. The longest I've been awake is about 60 hours, it was very stressful and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I am too scared to take sleeping pills because they are so addictive.
