PS3 problems...

So, Gav finally got his ps3. And his GTA game.

Trying to connect it to the internet and it keeps saying he cant sign in with his psn account as its someone elses account?

Its not, I just made it for him like 20 mins ago :rolleyes:

Anyone else had this?

So pissed off. Hes moaned on about this for ages, now hes got it and it wont ****ing work :bored:

Make a new account and user, you can copy saved data but I think the trophies won't work or somethng

someone possibly made an account on the ps3 before you got it.. you might need to delete the account you are using and make another

Right I think this is the problem, as when he tries to sign in it has someone elses email?

when you load the playstation up it gives you an option of which user you want to use.. he'll have to delete the user and then re sign up, i think someone else has probably been on the user before him.

i think if he presses the Triangle button on the controller when hes selecting his user it lets you delete it

Have done that already, but it still comes up as this other guys email

yeah you need to get rid of the whole user account and make a new one

Once you've created the new user account, do you log out of the last one or delete the last one by pressing triangle? Otherwise you're still be on that one. You should need to sign up to playstation network again when you create a new user account.
