Luke, Sam B and Hannah were the real standouts for me tonight.

My last 2 would be Kingsland Road and Abi, for me Abi's peformance was as far as away as you could possibly get as to disco.
Really bad. she will survive but doesn't in my view deserve to, others put in a lot more effort, not all good,however far way more effort than her on that song and it is a disco classic for goodness sake.

I do think Sam C is in trouble this week, and I also think whoever he is against,if he is in the bottom 2, then he will go,Gary will see to that.

Had to laugh at Nicole saying it is disco week. she wanted to see people groovin,then she allows Abi to do that performance.
No point in doing a disco week or any other theme in fact if some acts can just get around them and do nothing else but what they do all the time anyway.

Yes you are right.
Often being the first one, it is often easy to in a way forget the performance the first act gave but I was able to recall his all the time even comparing the others that followed to his.

He has it all really, for me he is way ahead of the rest of them,vocals and performance,even charisma, clearly he is for you too.

It may be a blessing if he didn't, it did Olly Murs no harm not winning and he is one of the big stars now or JLS for that matter.
One Direction weren't winners either.

Luke deserves to be able to develop his own natural talent, for a lot of acts, the themed weeks and X Factor itself brings down their real talent not in any way nurturing it.

However Luke has shone in all his performances and whatever is thrown at him he stamps his own mark on it.
With the freedom of not winning and not having a 'directed' first album then maybe that would be the real best outcome for Luke.
I think either way however he has a really great future.

I don't care whether it was disco week or not Abi's performance was outstanding. She changed a hit classic into her own arrangement and it was very moving. Definitely the best 'musician' on the show and about the only contestant along with wee Nic who doesn't just shout their way through performances.

I liked Abi's rendition of the song, not sure I could listen to a whole album of similar though..


damn Sharon going for Tamera, we could have had a Louis dithering to deadlock, I have a feeling she would have gone had it gone to deadlock though.
