Nostalgia. I have no sense of nostalgia. Nothing was better back then. If you can manage to distill through your imagination better times, you must rercognise you're just looking through rose tinted glasses. Nothing was better in my past.

Early 00s because I miss techno music and having almost no responsability.

Since I was about 16, there is nothing in my life I care to remember or treasure. But before that I have cherished memories. One that stands out is, holidays in Courtown. Lots of memories when I was a very young child. Being stung by a bee. Driving my dad's Corsair, sitting on his lap. Staring at the merry-go-round, from dawn till dusk, and my mother launching a police search for me, because I hadn't come home.
All of my strongest memories come from when I was a little boy. Being taught how to lay a table by an elderly neighbour. Two doors away, and the police were alerted because I was missing. Twice before I was 6 years old, the police were looking for me.
These are the strongest memories and the best, before I was 12. I hated secondery school and I hated my adolescence.

Summer 2011 in terms of recent times. 2011 on the whole was great, but the summer was truly beautiful and provided me with many life memories.

I know it is life and you lose people close to you but for me it would be the years between 2007 and 2009, (as well as much earlier years).

Between those years some really close family members passed away and their inspiration to me was really strong.
So talking to them and one in particular as to my future plans is a time I will always hold really dear to me, even though in the end they were not able to see me start and complete the path I needed to go on to secure my future.

I don't have particular years I get nostalgic about, New Years eve is always a touch nostalgic for me as is Christmas to a degree as I want the magic back that I had in childhood but that will never happen.:bawling:

Yer 7-9 it was fun and there was no stress about a pending exam and my year 6 trip to the Isle Of White.
