We had a team building day at work today. It was good and one of the best parts for me was that we had to tell all our work colleague at least five interesting facts about ourselves that few people know.

The fact ranged from one of my work colleagues trained snipers for the Croatian army during the Balkan war - WOW - to one met Britney Spears off her head in the toilets of a dodgy nightclub in Amsterdam to another work colleague booked Nirvana to play at Trent Poly - Now Nottingham Trent University - in 1990 less than a year before Nevermind was released.

So I've decided to ask the forum the same question. You can give as much or as little information as you like but the fact has to be true.

I'll go first.

There was an Air Festival here years ago and a harrier crashed into the sea quite close by, and I was in the water at the time/near it, it's like I'm lucky to be here or anything because it was quite far away but practically all my family thought I had died until I went and found them..I can just about make out myself on the video of it on youtube, ish..well my back anyway..

3. I bang on about this one a bit too much, but I went to the school that feature on the TV show Rock School, I was friends with practically all of the people that featured on it, especially Chris the little main one..

4. I'm left handed by I practically do everything but writing with my right hand

5. I use to live in the most easterly house in Britain when I was about 5, and their was a field next to our house where a helicopter landed one day and out stepped Diana and Charles/Will and Harry, don't know what they were doing there I was only 5, I wish I'd have been older

1] I had to pay about £250~ to get a false front tooth when I knocked the real one out on a night out that I don't remember. Just woke up and felt half of it missing. It did give me a bit of hillbilly chic for a month though.
2] I tried phone sex once with some guy I met online but he just hung up when he was finished which was really rude, but he had a nice penis.
3] I wore a women's suit around Exeter for a day on a whim because me and my best friend found them at a fleamarket and decided to do it for a dare. It was a size too small (I wasn't fat then) and I was unaware that I had a prominent bulge. I was embraced by the city's emos (it was 2005, there were a lot of them) as one of their own. It was purple and I had a matching hat, but I didn't get any shoes :(

Nothing too dramatic has happened in my life, to be honest. No real bullet points someone could read out on a quiz show :laugh:.

But here goes ...

1. I'm a pansexual, equal opportunity lech but I have a preference for women.

2. I would like a future career either writing about Pro Wrestling or being involved in the business in some creative/broadcasting capacity. I don't have the body for the actual in ring work.

3. I grew dope in my hot press for two years. It was pretty good.

4. I want to start a grungy, electronic trip rock band. It would be bass driven with detuned guitars coloring the melodies. Sort of post punk meets 90's electronic. Joy Division crashing in to Massive Attack. Other nonsense analogies. We would be called The sCumbags. I have dozens of sketch books filled with theme ideas, concepts, lyrics and chord structures. I used to produce trance music as a hobby [I want to get back in to that] and I've been doing open mic poetry for years so that's sort of the background of it.

5. I work for a charity that raises money for education tools in developing countries by providing bar service [read : serve up pints of sloshy, flat Heineken] at various events and functions. This summer we went to Electric Picnic, Oxegen, Body & Soul and Indiependence. Next year we are trying to get our team to the U.K. festivals. I fractured my right humerus bone on August the 17th falling off a beer tent, slipping in the mud and landing on my elbow at the Eminem concert in Slane. The cast has only recently come off and I'm doing physiotherapy like a boss.

1. I was diagnosed with chrones disease in 2009 and have to take medication for it.

2. Im club secretary of the local whippet racing club

Dropped out of University after 6 weeks.

Have been escorted out of the The Langham Hotel in London after a particularly drunken Christmas work party, they didn't take kindly to me starting a sing song in the bar and threw up on my boss who was taking me home in a cab.

Travelled round London for a year on an out of date travel pass (I was very poor then).

Nearly died in childbirth

Moved in with my now husband after 8 weeks.

1. I have sickle cell (irl) and if I have a child with someone who also has sickle cell then my child will be disabled

2. I had to become independent very fast due to family circumstances and was able to cook meals from 10 years old

3. I was bad in school, was on my last warning in year 9 and got kicked out for 3 days and was told that if I misbehaved again I would be expelled

4. I didn't cry on my first day of reception

1) I'm attracted to guys and girls... I want to get married and have kids more than anything, but i think i like girls more, yet i wouldn't ever marry a girl... life is hard

3) I've lived in 10 different houses and 6 different places

1) I was in an episode of Beechgrove Garden when I was 6 because my primary school was getting a new play area built for the program and I got picked to be in certain parts :amazed:

2) My uncle (used to be married to my mum's sister) was on the rich list last year and presumably this year too, I haven't checked.

3) I went to one of Angela Merkel's public speeches and was this close to getting to shake her hand but some giant man was blocking me from getting close enough, gutted, she's an icon!

4) I have a scar on my nose that I acquired last Halloween when I was getting rid of all my body hair with Veet because I had somehow caught crabs without actually having any sexual relations and it got really slippery underneath my feet and I fell and smashed my face off the edge of the bath tub. I told my parents it was a freak accident, which isn't a lie, it was an accident that happened because I'm a freak :bored:

5) I've been assaulted on my birthday twice so far in my life, both times unprovoked, the second time left me with a burst ear drum and I couldn't hear properly for 2 months afterwards. I've applied for compensation and I'm still waiting for an outcome.
