Awwww that brought a tear to my eye, his face when he saw his transformation! That was lovely. I hope he manages to turn his life around.

He kinda looks like Brody from Homeland.

I think the alcoholism is probably the biggest challenge for him. Substance abuse is usually the main problem for homeless people along with mental health problems. Hope he finds some really good treatment for that. Once you get off the bottle, things tend to turn around quickly. Easier said than done of course though.

..I've seen the vid before, it's extremely moving, not only that they did the transformation but that he was so moved by it himself...I think he has a touch of James Hewitt about him..ding dong...
