It isn't random, it's in no particular order yes but they deliberately call them out in an order which will cause suspense and tension, hence why Sam was left till last the other week, called first last week, and Christopher last year was usually being called either last or first

It's not random, it's by large the most dramatic order possible, and there's eight, so 10000 is a bit of an exaggeration
