i saw on the wright stuff today that we give more money to donkey sanctuaries than we do many other charities.
vant remember the stats but it was bad

what do you make of that?

i like donkeys but where do you ever see a donkey , are people mad.

I have an adopted one called Tom Harrison,he's at the donkey sanctuary in Sidmouth,we're hopefully going to see him next year,lovely to have one so close to you,they are lovely animals and I'm happy to donate.

i think its a statement for how much they feel about leaving it to the goverment or to something that is ment to be doing good. they are so disgusted that they would rther see there money wasted then to give it to people like the government etc.

..I don't think there is anything to apologise for anyway,..(not that you were, I know...)..but people will donate to whatever charities they believe in and for their own reasons...it's completely individual...

I was really surprised that they live so long! A bit of research shows that they could live to 57 if well cared for! WOW!

That's probably why there are so many Donkey charities.........the dam things live so bloody long they require a helluva lot of care and attention possibly up to 60 years worth
