Aha! You have incontrovertable proof!
From that statement, we can infer that he's been putting on an act the whole time he's in the house, and that he may not even have Tourettes!
Perhaps his name isn't even Pete! I think his real name is Shabamalama, and that he's an international cat molder with a secret plan to take over the world.
In fact, Shabamalama, a.k.a. "Pete," is in fact none other than Dame Judy Densch, international actress and Big Brother impostor extraordinaire!
