her poo is green

{I used to be quite closed off, a little bit angry
and was a very ‘I don’t give a *******’ kind

That can't be good for her baby

[26 weeks pregnant with her first child, she has
come under fire for promoting an extreme diet
which sees her eat predominantly bananas.]

..so this diet wasn't advised by a GP or dietician, then...?...I would have thought that to eat any foods in extreme volumes, no matter how healthy they are, isn't a good thing long term...

I understood that all-fruit diets are very bad for the body in the long run? I read somewhere that it causes problems with the pancreas, and it could be part of the reason why Steve Jobs died of pancreatic cancer (he was ate nothing but fruit).

Yeah, fruits are full of sugar, eating only fruit can't be great for your body or your health
