bringing the first taste of winter to many.

If you think it's been cold lately, you in for big shock next week, as there is the first REAL cold spell to hit the UK next.

Forget the Express says, there maybe some snow next only high ground and in Sctoland and Maybe north England, some places in England may get to see the light sleet or even snow showers.

This is the place and keep you nice and Warm, unless your outside, Making a snow man lol

This place to post here, if you had any Sleet, Snow , Hail or even talking about really harsh forst or even the Wind chil that will make it a lot colder then it actualy is!

Dry and rather chilly conditions on Friday for much of the UK, perhaps cloudier with some patchy rain in Scotland. Similar on Saturday, but later in the day rain could become heavier and more widespread in Scotland. During Sunday the rain is likely to push south with much colder air following on from the north by early next week. This brings an increasing risk of sleet or snow showers to the north and possibly even the south for a time. By the second half of the week things become very uncertain with high pressure either building over the UK and cutting off the northerly flow or backing west again into the Atlantic to open the gates for a second pulse of cold air

No

I don't mind freshly fallen snow, but give it a day and it turns all slushy and icy and horrible. Give me a crisp frosty morning like today anytime over snow.

It is apparently snowing in various parts of the City which I inhabit, but nothing here. If it snows whilst I am at work I am not going to be happy.

Oh no snow... not yet... pleeeease. My roads to work are small and slippy with ditches on either side. I'm so convinced I'm going to end up upside down in one I keep a hammer in the glovebox to break the windscreen in case I can't get the doors open. When the car flips it'll probably fall out and kill me.

I don't were I have been, today, it going to be stormy for all those who missed the last storm. Amber for Most scotland and north of england.

Not as strong at scotlad but for from Midlands and noth england and sort part of east of england

There will be gales force winds, with Rain shower, which may turn in to sleel or snow on edge to do the storng winds and east england are worried about high tide, which may cause some flooding.

it's really windy in the west midlands at the moment, very windy, house howling, The howling woke me up.

Do not watch ITV weather as it is crap:nono: and presented not by meteorologists who have written and researched what they say. ONLY watch BBC weather. The best forecast is at the end of your local news in the morning at around 27 and 57 minutes past the hour.

I would also recommend looking at weatheronlines radar below as it shows you exactly where the precipitation is now
