Alot of people are saying that it's going to be announced during Spike's VGAs, it's counting down to it.

I can easily see them having Three Dog announce via a radio broadcast from the future.

They keep updating thesurvivor2299 with these encrypted messages, and one of them has alluded to the Institute in Boston that was mentioned in the past two games. I hope it's true, because Boston would make for one hell of a setting for a Fallout game, especially considering all the sorts of conflict that could be cooked up between the institute and all the other factions.

Also, something on the site (though I can't remember what exactly because so much info has flooded out of it) pointed to an announcement of some sort happening tomorrow, in addition to the December date that the clock is counting down to. I'm not sure how much more of this I can take.

They've updated it again, and now there's a second countdown reading "Nuclear winter is coming" with the clock ticking down to next Sunday, so God knows what's happening then.

One of the writers/developers did talk about the possibility of a game set in Europe during the resource wars before all the bombs fell. I was reading about it, and it was described as following a band of soldiers as they fought their way through Europe. It sounded good, if a little generic.

So they've kept updating the morse code and it looks like it's telling the story of what happened as the bombs fell.

But a very very very eerie radio station was discovered in the Boston area last night broadcasting all sorts of creepy apocalyptic things, like air raid sirens and emergency alert tones. Someone recorded this little snippet from it (and it scares the hell out of me):

Whilst Bethesda hasn't commented on the radio station as of yet, it's a safe bet that they're the ones behind these broadcasts. It fits in with everything thesurvivor2299 has been saying anyway. Also, the phone tones nearer the end of the broadcast have been guessed to mean "IMSECURE"? Not entirely sure what that means..

Yeah it's legal, GoG is essentially another version of Steam so it's all legit. :D

Ah well that just adds more fuel to the fire then. I really do hope they're gearing up for an announcement anyways!
