View Full Version : George Galloway- Hero or villain?
the truth

If you check out George Galloway on youtube and his many arguments against the machine i.e. mainstream media.....It is pretty intriguing stuff
Ive noticed hes teamed up with max Kaiser recently too , Galloway pops up on Russian news, various blogs and radio stations and has a column too.
My gut instinct tells me he has a man with a lot of knowledge of his subjects and a passion for justice as he sees it, though hes clearly a man who spoils for a fight too
Is he the real deal? Is he a man to be trusted? or is he a somewhat dangerous deluded person?

He makes a fair bit of money from his so-called Passions, we'll gloss over his admiration for Saddam Hussein, and his "Charity" to provide for Merriam.
He does well paid propaganda work for the Iranian "Press TV" channel
and now apparently also for RT. If it is against the Western Countries and it pays, he'll be right in there!

As with most people, I don't disagree with all he says and for me he has said a lot that is really valid over the years.
Sadly he is another person who always puts his foot in it and says rather wild statements.
He is by all counts a good constituency MP.
For me he isn't a villain in my opinion.

does y anhting more outrageous than the filth passed fro truth on fox news? the main difference is fox news is the machine, Galloway is just 1 man, clearly any individual raging against the machine will be attacked by the enormous force of the media empire.....pretty unfair fight reallly

He seems to have ostracised his colleagues in Bradford, and some have said he is always looking for the next big challenge, moving on before the job at hand is finished?

finished? how do you finish that job at hand? I can see hes a man who likes big issues and not so much domestic ones, he would argue domestic issues are for councillors and mps are there to fight big issues

I admire how outspoken and rigid he is, but he is too attention-seeking for his own good.
Bit of a clown who makes the occasional valid point

Self-promoting ego-maniac with absolutely no sense of shame.

Passionate man who unfortunately seems unable to engage his brain before he opens his mouth, which then makes him as easy target for right wingers to make him out to be nothing more than a laughing stock.
I would personally love him to be my MP, you could do far worse.
