..yeah, on the outside it is Kate but it's a really rubbish Debenhams..I think in general they paid too much attention to the design of the whole shopping arc, but the shops themselves aren't that good...they're all really small and don't sell much variety...

My town is rubbish for shopping, Liverpool and Manchester are miles better.

..Shaun, you have gorgeous ones..and you have them all year as well..?...

..I think in general though that councils are cutting back on Christmas decorations, I know ours started to a few years ago and some people did complain/were disappointed...but then maybe they would still complain if too much money was being spent on them as well....
