Mindless. I'm not against hunting in theory - for food as we are biologically inclined to do - but is she really going to eat this Lion? Trophy hunting is just senseless violence.

If she wants to try her hand at hunting, go hunting deer then actually skin it, butcher it and eat it. I personally think that's something any meat-eater should do at least once, step away from that cold supermarket detachment from the meat we're consuming.

I agree, I've never seen trophy hunting as any more than random bloodletting.

On the second point i don't think I have it in me to kill an animal (unless desperation calls for it) which is why I have seriously considered going vegetarian.
