[ Israels political establishment
arose in unison on Sunday to
denounce as inadequate an interim
agreement hammered out
with Iran to rein in its nuclear programme.
Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister,
led the chorus of indignation, calling the deal struck
in Geneva between Iran and the
so-called P5 plus one – the US, Britain,
France, Russia, China and
Germany – "a historic mistake".
"What was achieved last night in
Geneva is not a historic agreement; it is a
historic mistake," he told Sunday's weekly
cabinet meeting "Today the world has
become a much more dangerous place
because the most dangerous regime in
the world has taken a significant
step toward attaining the most
dangerous weapon in the world.]

Its a Fair Comment
Israel stands alone now (except for Saudi Arabia)
but they say this deal will all go wrong
in the long term.

If you're looking for where wwwIII will start, you don't have to look further than Israel.

A African model just won their BB ironically. And their BB ejected someone for calling her derogatory names. :joker:

What was it that Ronald Reagan said about the Berlin wall? was it "Tear down that wall, Mr. Gorbachev" Yep that was it. What do we hear from America about the Israeli wall? absolutely **** all!
I think perhaps Israel had gotten too accustomed to more or less being able to do what it wanted, in terms of foreign relations, knowing that the USA, France and the UK had its back - but after it pushed the envelope a few too many times this year and last year, it's finding that it isn't allowed to do whatever it wants. The recognition of Palestinian territories and dealings with states in its near abroad are signs of that.

The problem is, it will do what it likes regardless, thinking that the USA has no option but to back it.

I wouldn't be shocked if the USA ditched support for Israel if it had a better offer in the Middle East. Most of the USA's politics in the Middle East are about stunting Iran's growth.

Israel would be a bit miffed if that happened!

I think Obama has been totally reasonable in his dealings with this Iranian situation , yet the isreali leader has stoked up hate and division every time he opens his war mongering gob. the single biggest threat to the entire world isn't iran or Iraq or Jordan or Palestine, it is ISRAEL

No wonder Israel is angry, it is being denied it's right to bomb Iran back to the Stone Age . Israel must be hopping mad as it sees it's long held plan to wipe out millions of innocent Iranians fast disappear.
How dare the US and the other world powers conspire against Israel to deny it the pleasure of killing so many Muslims...
God has chosen the Israeli people and given them ( with American help) the power to destroy whosoever they deem an enemy of the Jewish state.
Maybe its time to start real peace talks in the Middle East with all Countries in the region. Maybe it's time Israel put its weapons down and engage in real peace talks..!!!

I think Obama has played this brilliantly , as has Putin
Slowly but surely brick by brick the evil empire of Israel is being exposed and finally its NOT illegal for everyone to say so.
Remember what Israel did when the UN voted by 200+ votes to 9 to allow the Palestinians a vote on the council? the next day the Israelis stole and built on more land illegally. its time the UN cracked down on these lawbreaking warmongers

Generally speaking I'm quite pro-Israeli, but their actions in the past couple years have been rather disgusting. It's quite rich to see them complaining about another country's nuclear weapons programme, when they themselves refuse to disclose a single thing about their own..
However, you need only look at the anti-Israeli sentiment so rife throughout the middle east - Iran especially - to understand why they've made this denouncement. They're (as far as I'm aware) surrounded by nations quite hostile toward them.

Totally agree............ This man's disgraceful actions continue to perpeptuate the cycle of violence on both sides and ensure no real progress will ever be made.
At least the US President along with other World leaders are serious about finding a peaceful solution to the never ending conflict in Israel/Palestinian Territories. The Israelis just like to rub salt into the wounds of the Palestinians by building yet more settlements in the west Bank in complete defiance to all moves to seek a peaceful resolution.
This crap has been going on since I was a child and long before and shows no real signs of ever being resolved.
If a serious engagement of Iran and a subsequent thawing of relations with that nation were to happen , then I would suspect the main group supporting the Palestinians ie Hezbollah would have also to negotiate in time as Iran are their paymasters. This then could possibly allow REAL peace talks to happen with a real chance of a workable peace accord and who knows maybe one day peace will finally arrive in the ME
But Israel must be willing to at least talk to its enemies or all hope is forever lost...!!!!
