Brian will be appearing, along with James Redmond, on Thursday's Richard & Judy show. (31st January - 5-6 p.m. - Channel 4.) Here's what the website says about them:

SMTV BOYS
Presenters of cult Saturday morning show 'SMTV Live' - James Redmond and Brian Dowling spill the beans on their Saturday morning capers. It's a brand new direction for both of them, with James better known for his role as Hollyoaks' Finn and Brian winning the vote in last years 'Big Brother.' R&J quiz them on their TV tactics.


I'll need to rush home from work, and hope that they're not on first!! :dance:

A timely reminder that Brian is on R&J tonight.

I know LEE said she wouldn't be around ('cause she's interviewing Bubble, the lucky lady) and I'm not sure if I'll make it home in time.

So if anyone is able to tune in, a summary of what was said would be much appreciated. :thumbs:

I forgot to set the video this morning, but if I'm sneaky I may manage to record it on our machine at work. Unfortunately there's no discrete way of doing it until at least a bit after 5. Too many people working in that room, and all of them disapproving of such reckless use of company property. :blush:

Let's hope they are on in the 2nd half!

Brian wasn't on Richard and Judy. :bawling:

It definitely said yesterday on the Channel 4 website that he was going to be on, but it had changed today!

I wonder if they decided not to go ahead with it, due to Cat's announcement? I wonder also, if they will re-schedule it. Let's hope so!

What a disappointment!

Thanks for letting me know that Brian wasn't on R&J, Christine. I wonder what happened that they had to change the show's line-up at such short notice. Maybe we should tune in tomorrow, just in case. :spin2:

I think you are right Christine, it would have been rather awkward for both James and Brian if they were questioned about Cat's announcement about leaving SM:tv live. I really hope the R&J show invite them back at a later stage, because like you I was really disappointed and had been so looking forward to it! :flower:
