That's a shame Nathan!
Ehh normally we get up at like 10am, have bucks fizz... the last couple of years we've had salmon and cream cheese on oatcakes or crackers to tide us over for a while, snack throughout the day on little things... open presents, usually someone gets some kind of CD so we'll put music on, be a bit silly and dance around the living room like idiots, have Christmas dinner late afternoon and then sit in the living room feeling stuffed, play Scrabble and then watch a Christmas film or two - love watching Elf, it's my favourite Christmas film! Always a very quiet day in our house, this year it'll just be my parents, my younger brother and I because my older brother and my parents still aren't speaking :bored:

First time in my life (and that is a good long while), I have no idea what I will do.
No kids to wake up to, first time ever either of them won't be there on Christmas morning.
Hubby is on night shift the night before(and Christmas night:bawling:)
He will be in bed before I get up.
Our son will land late morning, early afternoon, depending on how good a time he had the night before.
So, I will get up to a lovely tidy house, have a simple meal to cook for late afternoon and probably sit with a load of chocolates and watch the telly.
Heaven:devil:

Elf is my fave too :D A christmas swim sounds ace! haha.
But I'm nowhere near the sea... hehehe.
My mother is coming, so I will be fussing around her. My daughter is cooking, family will come and make lots of mess and noise but I'll tolerate it coz it's christmas :)
When they've gone I'll have a quick tidy round, put the lamps on make it all cosy and chill in front of the telly.
Have asked santa for trivial persuits as nobody will play scrabble with me haha!

We always get up and go to the grave of my little sister and put down flowers first thing.
Then we open presents and then go to my Nan's and wait there all day for random family members to show up until after the Queen and my Nan does dinner, after a few sherry's my Nan's argue and we all go home and watch tv or have fun with whatever we got bought.
..I don't really have a routine on Christmas day anymore..the last few years have been different each time and I kind of like that...

I wake up around 5..... Come down and put the kettle on, check everything's ready...then make noise to Accidently wake everyone up, open presents, have breakfast, play with toys and tidy up wrapping paper.....have a fairly relaxed morning. Then my parents come round, more gifts, out for lunch with parents and in laws, back home new pjs on, tv on, play some more...light candles, put over excited little one to bed..few drinks and Christmas Tv.....then around 9pm get depressed that it's all over

I'll probably sleep all day.
Up in the morning showered get ready etc and have breakfast. (We open our gifts at midnight)
Gather up a load of presents and head to my in laws, lots of random family members appear and we give out our gifts and open some more of our own then hang around chatting/having a laugh/wearing stupid party hats until the Christmas Dinner is delivered and dished out, after that it's some drinks (not for me) more messing around then my favourite part is heading home, showered, new pj's and slippers on, Christmas tree lights on and watch tv/movies for the rest of the night with a little mini buffet.

Get up around 8:30 or 9, have breakfast (and since I've seen so many talk it's high praises, I'll probably have Bucks Fizz this year).
Turn on BBC One and watch some of the cartoons they'll have on while we open the presents, then we'll clean up all the wrapping paper and I'll just fiddle with all the gizmos I've been given.
Then all the extended family will come around one after the other, and we'll have dinner and watch whatever film BBC One says we're going to.
Snowball fights if possible, and I'll roll the dogs around in the snow. After that, it's Doctor Who, and the Batman onesie goes on before we start watching the various Christmas specials of every single sitcom in the world before going to sleep.
Can't wait :)

up @ 6.30am to feed the outside dogs, put the inside dogs out for the toilet, then go back to bed where I will prob open my presents, get up properly about 8am take indoor dogs out for a walk, then have prob a cooked breakfast, may have a look online, will text everyone happy xmas, thanks for gifts etc. around about 10.30am I will prob take the outdoor dogs out whilst other half prepares dinner (hes the cook I do everything else), will get back from walk about 11.30pm will feed all dogs, some will go in garden, some will go round the block, other half will have checked and cleaned kennels/runs anf filled their water bowls up. Then will prob have a quick shower and get changed into something decent (remember ive been dog walking) then whilst dinner is all in the oven we will pop over the road to the pub for a drink, Then we get back and have dinner, then maybe a short walk with the indoor dogs or they will go in the garden depending, then we all will just sit watching tv and no doubt eating, then il prob have a bath before all the soaps and put on my new pjs and slippers and that's me sorted.
