I got up unusually early this morning and read it on page 2 of the Irish Daily Mail.
We have lots of horses in Ireland. They aren't wild, they are just owned by anyone who can buy them, for a few quid.
Last night, someone poured petrol over such a horse, in Tallaght, where I live, and burnt the horse to death.
I'm turned inside out at the thought of it. I live near enough to call it my doorstep. And I am eaten up inside. Whoever did this has hurt me deeply. I wouldn't hesitate to kill them, I might hesitate if they were mentally ill.
Thankfully such incidents don't happen too often, and they are committed by psychopaths who practice on animals.
