..marvellous, they do 'sweet' Pringles now, I bought some cinnamon ones, thinking they would be sweet and spicy but they're also salted so they're incredibly weird and mess with your head a bit when you try them....

Oh beggar.

My Asda shop has just been delivered, I meant to order some but forget.

However.. the Top rump, topside and silverside is on offer at Asda, £4 a kilo. Amazing value..21 days hung for tenderness.
You can not buy decent mince for that price.
You can also fry top rump if you slice it thinly.
So, roasting joints, steaks and if you have a mincer or food processor mince as well, all for less than £2 a pound.
Normally tells you where the meat was farmed as well.

they aren't always a pound?

Vicky.
05-12-2013, 12:02 PM
Robbing bastards. I asked them for 1 kg of beef joint which was meant to be £4. I know you dont always get the exact weight that you want, but its normally quite close and therefore nearly the same price.

They sent me a 3kg joint for £12 :o

Never realised as it wasnt on the substitutions bit or anything, and the drivers always rush you.

That's very bad, i would ring them and complain, that's 3 times what you ordered

Wow, give them a ring Vicky. You may be lucky and get a refund.
Or local Asda delivery shop has a lower limit of 2.2 kilo. Average joint size.
I have had some a bit smaller and yesterday's were a little larger. They have always mentioned it on my delivery note as a sub.
