What is it with "celebrities" saddling their offspring with names that will haunt them for the rest of their lives?

Buddy Bear Maurice Oliver, Petal Blossom Rainbow Oliver, Poppy Honey Rosie Oliver, Daisy Boo Pamela Oliver

OMG can you imagine their first day at school? :conf:

Buddy, Poppy and Daisy are fine names... Petal's a bit unusual but not ridiculous

nobody refers to anyone by middle names either so I don't see the problem

Poppy and Daisy are fine. Buddy's a bit of a stretch but it's not totally ridiculous. Petal is stupid.

Don't you have to put down ALL of your names on certain forms/documents?

Yeah but as a school child you'll only ever have to write your full name on official examination papers which only you and the marker will see and that's about it really.

...I like Poppy, Daisy, Oliver and Petal and Buddy are ok as well, not ones I would choose but not too bad...people only mostly use their first name, not all of them...

It's cute now but when he's like in his 40's and married lol. Not the worst names though and people can choose what they like

they have big egos and like to think they are more special than they are. hence why they feel they need to choose stupid names. in order to be seen as original and different and special. but really they are sad people who have lost sight of reality.

luckily for the kids they can change their name online for less than they spend on a fat ass turkey lol

If you're stuck for a name when the time comes just scroll down this list, Frank Zappa should get a special mention!

I was referring to their full names, obviously Poppy, Daisy etc are fine, but why saddle them with Rainbow, Bear, Petal. Sorry that is ridiculous.
