Both are unpleasant but I'd rather feel like going to sneeze, I hate having hiccups.

I don't get hiccups but I have seen vids of people who have them for years and I feel really sorry for them.

But having to sneeze and never being able to, well I suppose you'd get used to it after a while, but yea hiccups seem disruptive.
