A little help guys please?

My Mom has got a job at McDonald's and she has to send a certificate over to them, but every time we keep trying to get the certificate E-Mailed to McDonald's the certificate will only come up in bits and pieces, it just won't come together.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

If they'll accept a photographic copy just make a photo and email the jpg.

It's all sorted out, we've managed to get it in my Brother's Flash Drive.
