It just means you can now use spotify on your phone, iPad etc like how you would on your computer, before you had to get premium to listen on other platforms. THAT'S ALL. The five play limit was abolished half a year ago

You can listen to any song for free as long as you're connected to the Internet yes, but there are still ads

if you wanna go offline mode/no ads/some other stuff you need to pay for premium
