What type of Christmas tree lights do you have/prefer...

It depends, the ones outside look better when they flash but the ones on the tree look much better static

But I also like some coloured, I think I like them all..

we have all white (who's John :suspect:) and static, and I quite like it

flashing ones are annoying especially when you live near someone who has them and you always see the light flashing through the window

..our town lights this year are really awful, it's like they really need not have bothered..I do understand that it's not something they want to spend a lot of money on and are cutting back etc...but they're just embarrassingly almost non-existent...

Ours are exactly the same every year. They are nice but it's a bit boring after 10+ years.

..oh, we have a house along the road..well it's about a mile away but that's just along the road in the countryside...and it has the most amazing outside lights/display...just like you see in American movies..:lovedup:...

yeah we've got a great one about 2 mins away from where my sister lives


..but theres an awful one down our road, you know those ones where you just know they've bought all of it from argos and they're crappy and cheap, they don't go together..and they've put white felt down over their grass to make it look like snow and it just looks really terrible

The bright flashing blue ones that clip onto the gutters and cover the whole front of people's houses.. They are the worst

All white. But mainly on the tree. A big Christmas star in the window.

Some white but mostly red

outside tree has warm white, on the slowest flash.

The little bay on the porch recess has little red berry lights.

The dinng room has the bright white lights on a garland across the top of the dresser, the flasher is turned off.

The tree in the front room has 2 sets of warm white lights...it is all of 3 ft hgh so deserves a bit of overkill:hugesmile: static overkill mind.
