No, Sky box recordings are encrypted as far as I know, so you would probably have to record them onto a DVD and then copy them from the DVD to your PC and then copy that to a USB stick.

what a external dvd recorder is it just a normal dvd player also some one i no is record a tv show 6 parts i still hate sky and the fact but you cant just put tv shows on usb does not make me like then

nah it's not just a dvd recorder, it's one that has a recording function like they have in the states, a DVR
