Does anyone else find they have a tendency to overuse ellipses?

I use them all the time. I use them in emails, I even write them in greetings cards 'Dear [insert name], Hope you have a really Happy Birthday... love... ". I used to get annoyed with myself, now I have come to terms with it and I just embrace the madness.
