View Full Version : Arcade Fire headlining Glastonbury

Arcade Fire posted the above image on Twitter today, confirming they'll be one of next year's headliners at England's Glastonbury Festival on June 27. (Not sure their optional dress code will work at this one.) Tickets for the festival are already sold out, but the band will be touring the world for most of 2014.

Fleetwood Mac are rumoured to be one of the other nights. Not sure on the other, maybe someone poppier.

Hope there's someone better on the other stage.
Fingers crossed for Fleetwood Mac.

TBF, I wasn't chuffed with the headliners last year but I still made sure I was at the front for all of them. :idc:
Glad tbf, 'cause all 3 were incredible.

Just so you know, I would sooner resort to the dance tent than be at the pyramid when these perform in Summer. :elephant:

I just find them a bit boring/not headliner worthy.
But then I said that about Mumford and was really impressed.

No, I understand people not seeing them as headliner worthy, but they are an incredible live band and they know how to put on a show, I can't wait to see what they do. Love Mumford as well :lovedup:

Was surprised how many of their songs I knew/liked. :hugesmile:
