Think we had a thread on this but anyway......

Do you like wrapping xmas presents? when do you do it?

I buy those gift bags for most of them but this year I still have quite a lot to wrap up too..so not really looking forward to it tbh.

horrible at it

but putting them in a bag is just lazy and not fun for the recipient

Sellotape the top of the bag so they can't see in it...

I love wrapping, apart from this one time when I didn't have anywhere to stick the tape as my hands were full so I put the tape on my mouth... pulling it off wasn't fun, ended up bleeding a bit

almost every year I end up wrapping them on the floor on Christmas Eve till the early hours with a pain in my back, this year I was actually very organised and I did bits and pieces in my office at work at lunchtime and they're all done now. I actually don't mind wrapping presents but not that much all in one go

Anything in a square or rectangle shape is fun to wrap.. Anything else I make a right mess of

Jake.

Oh and I can't really fold the corners too well, make quite a mess of it whilst ripping off my own skin

If i'm wrapping anything in a cylinder type shape or like a bottle I just make into a kinda cracker saves messing about trying to get it perfect

It's quite a traumatic ordeal for you isn't it? lol

I hate wrapping gifts to be honest. I've not wrapped any so far. I should be doing it today, but I'll basically do anything else instead.

 Yeah my mum does that, I'm no good at it though. Anything small and in stupid shapes ill just fold in tissue paper and stick it in one of the 100 Christmas gift bags we have.

I always look forward to wrapping them. Then I start, get bored quickly, get a bad back, bt feel the need to finish them all in one sitting still. Like last night :bored:

Still, at least its all done now.

Honestly could have slapped gav when (after I spent 2 hours wrapping stuff) he started going on about how 'we' should wrap the piddly things that go in the stockings. Threw the stuff at him and told him to ****ing do it if hes that bothered :hmph:

Vicky.
20-12-2013, 01:56 PM
Cost us about 30 quid for cards this year, because we have to buy 2 lots, one of us and one of Skye :bored:

King Gizzard

If you going to show off with your bows and ribbons, you could at least make sure the Christmas trees and reindeers aren't upside down is all I'm saying... :idc:

I'm dreadful at wrapping gifts, why did nobody teach me how to do that at school? Screw Pythagoras, why did no one teach me about managing my finances or shopping for obscure relatives? Why has nobody told me how to react when friends tell you they're having babies? THIS COUNTRY HAS GONE TO THE DOGS
