Always is my jam.

That's another great song.

I always prefer when they strip the synthesizers back.

I've never really looked into them beyond the hits... what're the best albums?

Can't really help out with all of the albums as I only ever really listened to them through my sisters, growing up. I don't think I've listened to an Erasure album after chorus.

From all the ones I've listened to (Wonderland/Circus/2-ringed circus/Innocents/Wild/Chorus) I'd probably pick out circus as a stand out album, but because of the time they were around, there is a lot of pretty poor synth tracks as well. All of my favourite tracks (and you get at least a couple on all of the albums I've mentioned), are the tracks that highlight that Vince Clarke is a talented musician and Andy Bell writes beautiful songs, by completely stripping them back.

Doesn't really answer the question, but it's about the best I can do.
