...hmm, I don't think we do anything different on Christmas day but I do take all the decorations down usually the day after Boxing Day, which is what my parents always did...so I guess maybe some people would think that was strange...

...yeah, it's just an old family tradition thing to take it down early, fingers...especially before the New Year, so there is none of the 'old Christmas' still there...

Hmm not sure these are strange but since we have had our own house we open our gifts that are under the tree at 12am then we have a bowl of homemade soup.

We usually all have a nap after dinner has finished (usually around 4) and we all wake up groggy lol

In recent years we don't really put presents under the tree unless they're big ones. We have the tree next to this really cool modern cabinet which has a load of LEDs in it. We put presents in that.

boring everyone to death saying it now but we go for a christmas dip in the sea at 10am, most people just go in and come back out but you can't do it properly without having a good old swim, it was cancelled for a bit because no one was running it/they couldn't afford the insurance/lifeguards, but thankfully it is back on

Have the storms calmed down then Nathan?? Don't want to be worrying about you being swept out to sea.

yeah its pretty calm out there now, ish

They wouldn't go ahead with it if the storm is bad tomorrow, they have loads of lifeguards anyway
