With such a variety of poultry and meat available I want to know what the forum favourite is. The classic turkey? Maybe two on the same day (I know I do).

We normally have Turkey, beef and pork on Christmas Day, lasts for a few days after as well.
This years are having a gammon ham, then all the above on Friday when we are "doing " Christmas.

..this was a bit of a dilemma this year because my children are having a second Christmas dinner with us, so I was going to do beef as they will have alredy had turkey at lunchtime...I ordered it etc but they both said that they would rather have turkey, so I did manage to get one...so turkey it is/over replying lol...

..turkey, final answer...

...awww, well I haven't had anything yet either...eating is very overrated anyway, Jess and you won't feel ill later through overeating so that's a good thing...you have your sister coming over later, then..?..

No, she doesn't come to my house usually, I don't think that will change because it's Christmas. :joker: I think the most she would do is pop in a plate of food and then go away again, if she even does that.

We've always had Turkey and gammon. We have like half of the family over for Christmas.. and not all of us like Turkey. But I usually eat all the gammon, my favourite food.
