Seems a bit rushed in order to get more money as the sales are dropping

Prefer the original tbh

I'm picturing R Kelly in one of Gaga's videos lol.

I like both singers so I'll give it a shot, and I don't mind Christina either so I'll give that version a shot also when I'm in the mood.

Why does this still not have a music video?!

It was filmed in the middle of November, but they went quite out there, and had loads of stuff implicating sex, then a load of **** about r Kelly's peado past came up, so the label withheld it and are trying to reedit it so it doesn't cause too much of a **** storm

Bloody ridiculous - even if R Kelly is guilty of being a paedophile - in a court of law he was found innocent, people en masse need to let it go.

(Apparently he paid off the victims and they dropped the charges but I suppose that's for another thread :p)

I've read a lot of compelling evidence against him but regardless, he's been making music for two decades now and people keep buying his music, people have known he's potentially a bit dodgy for over a decade so I don't get why it's suddenly an issue. He married Aaliyah when she was underage ffs

couldn't you say the exact same about Watkins, Savile, Harris...

Not really - they had careers and then people found out they were sex offenders/potentially sex offenders. R Kelly was more or less found out at the start of his career but people have continued to buy his music and while I don't necessarily think that's okay, it just makes me wonder why people are suddenly kicking up a fuss now when he recorded a feature on a song in 2013 with a raunchy music video when the time for backlash was about 15-20 years ago. Oh well. If it suddenly led to him being convicted and thrown into jail then it'd be fair enough but to me it just seems a bit... misplaced.

Either the video needs to come soon or she can just release Gypsy

Everything that got a lot of media attention a few weeks ago was all just recycled news and documents from the 90's, it won't be suddenly getting him convicted or thrown into jail because it's all the exact same stuff the jury dealt with when they found him not guilty 6 years ago.

The reason it all came back up now is because this is the first time he has had that crossover success into the general public and media for a few years now.. He hasn't done things like Saturday Night Live, AMAs for a while now (he usually doesn't even bother showing up to award shows when he is nominated, even the Grammys), or collaborated with those big white stars since the 90's (gaga, bieber). Then when he released his new album a few weeks ago he promoted it with interviews on chat shows aswell as performances (when since the mid-2000's he hadn't gave TV-interviews).. So you could say that he was starting to do a u-turn and get back out there, probably winning more people over, and then some journalist that has been obsessed with him for years realizes that all his **** for the past 15 years hasn't worked and releases all these documents over again and into the public.

As for the song, I'm going to assume anyone involved in the music business knows about his past and considering the actual topic and meaning of the song it is a bit stupid for Gaga or her label to suddenly have a problem with anything.
