do you actually start with your resolutions, 12am or when you wake up? Because one of mine is to eat more healthily (bit of a cliche) but I fancy eating more greasy food and stuff

It's a very vague resolution. How can you even measure that resolution?
It's better to make very specific goals/resolutions, ones that you can actually measure and keep yourself accountable to.
There's no way to measure "eat more healthy".

No resolution this year just getting on with it.
Whenever you think you will stick to it.
There's a blog/website I was reading a while back that would be good for someone wanting to start eating healthily, think it was something like 100 days of real food, if I find the link I will post it.
Also I don't make resolutions I just roll with it you know. :idc:

Never. Whatever about people choosing to make a fresh start when the year's out but anyone could stop being a dick in July or October if they tried.

The start of a new year is a good fresh point though. I get your mindset but I think NY resolutions are useful for some people and thats absolutely fine.
Look at it this way, they coulda stop being a dickhead in October but they didnt, however its the start of a new year and decide that they really should stop being a dickhead. Thats a good thing. Its a clean slate for them.

Anyway my only NY resolution is to tone-up. Im too hungover to work on it today, Ill wait until tomorrow
But going on your OP you dont really want to eat healthy, a NY resolution will only work if you really want it to. I think eating healthier however is a good choice to make! You can still treat yourself. In fact the 'treats' are more rewarding when you do eat healthier.
