Ke$ha has gone to rehab for an eating disorder ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the singer tell TMZ ... she's at Timberline Knolls near Chicago, the same place Demi Lovato went for her issues.

We're told the singer -- who's a vegetarian -- was admitted early this morning.

Ke$ha tells TMZ, "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

Ke$ha's struggle with an eating disorder is taking a toll on her entire family.

The singer's mother tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement that she is entering the same Chicago-area rehab center as her daughter.

"I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging," says Pebe Sebert, 57.

Sebert had spoken out to accuse Ke$ha's producer, Dr. Luke, of calling the 26-year-old singer a "refrigerator" and putting pressure on her to lose weight, which the producer has denied.

"This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life, and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her," Sebert tells PEOPLE.

Ke$ha checked into rehab on Jan. 3, revealing she is "seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am."

Kesha has postponed her tour dates to continue her treatment in rehab for an eating disorder.

Last month the 26-year-old singer entered rehab earlier after revealing she was suffering from an eating disorder.

She had tour dates planned for March and April.

In a statement the pop star said: "I was so looking forward to performing at dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track.

"All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all.

"I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour."

Kesha entered the Timberline Knolls centre near Chicago for an eating disorder on 3rd January.

Friends previously blamed Ke$ha's producer Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald, for her downward spiral but Pebe, who helped pen her daughter's hit 'Your Love Is My Drug, said: "It wasn't just Luke."

She explained Ke$ha's decided to seek help after having a breakdown right before Christmas during which the blonde beauty admitted she had been struggling with bulimia since 2009.

Pebe added: "When someone feels like they have no control, it's like it was the only thing she could control. She had no control over her career, her time, where she goes. She's like a show dog who gets called from point A to point B."
