The Celebrity Big Brother 2014 handcuffs launch twist has finished, with all housemates now free to live individually, bbspy can confirm.

A Channel 5 spokesperson has informed us this evening that the two remaining shackled pairs, Luisa and Evander and Lee and Casey, were unlocked from the restraints after being told that they will face Wednedsay’s eviction.

The foursome were put in the firing line alongside Dappy and Liz Jones after losing today’s task, which saw triumphant duo Ollie and Lionel win the final immunity prize.

This means that the twist lasted for just under 48 hours, with the pairs having been cuffed by security guards as they entered the house during the launch show on Friday night.

They were initially told that they’d be forced to live in close proximity 24 hours a day until further notice, including while sleeping.

However, it turned out that the handcuffs had an extendable cord enabling housemates to complete such as washing, going to the toilet and visiting the Diary Room on their own.

The nominees will still face the public vote in their pairs for the first eviction, which takes place this Wednesday night at 9.00pm on Channel 5.

I seriously doubt two will go. The housemates are going to decide who stays out of the pair who got the least votes. In a vote to save I reckon it will be Evander and Luisa. Evander is a legend but I seriously think he came here for money and doesn't care to be in there. So I hope the housemates save Luisa.

Well I heard today that one one person will go out of the two with the least votes.

So I think we vote and then the rest of the housemates decide which of the two with least votes should be evicted, in which case I hope Lee and Casey get least votes, I genuinely don't see that much potential in them.

I've given up pretending to second-guess the 'Big Brother Voters'...but I personally would have thought that 'that Dappy lad [who is absolutely desperate for publicity] and the sly-looking woman that he was paired with would be missed the least!
...but as I said...who knows what the BB voters will do?...
