A lot of the other housemates seem to have their storylines in play, but how are you guys finding Liz and her little snippets throughout the highlights? Has your opinion on her changed since before she entered?

She's.. okay. Comes out with something half-witty every now and again, but doesn't provide much use, Her going at this point wouldn't be a huge loss HOWEVER due to her 'subtle' comments, she can easily rub people up the wrong way.

I hadn't heard of her before she went in so had no opinion of her. I kinda like her, she's not a typical cbb housemate which makes her more interesting. She's intelligent, and doesn't play up for airtime. I think she is being true to herself, and I'd rather that then a fake showmance any day.

I thinks he has something to offer and hope she doesn't get evicted.

I definitely think she is of a different caliber than the rest of the housemates, she seems a lot less extrovert.

I'd say in an interesting way - for me I look at Liz and I see someone who's been ****ed around by the world so many times that she has decided to go on a permanent attack, hence the type of articles she writes. She says she doesn't have friends, so there is undoubtedly a sense of loneliness there, and she does clearly want to stay. It would probably mean the world to her to think the public have actually voted to save her, but she would never admit that. To me, she's probably the most interesting one in there - not for entertainment but just as a person. I have no doubt whatsoever that she's leaving tonight though.

With a series of Big Brother, every housemate starts off on equal footing; but with Celebrity Big Brother the levels are all different because of pre-existing fan bases. The lesser known housemates need to make a good impression on the public if they want to do well; and unfortunately Liz has not contributed anything worth discussing so far. She doesn't fit this series and I'm not sure she'd fit any other series either, not the kind of character that belongs in a series of Big Brother - a bit like Mary in BB6 - if you're not going to try and engage with anyone and open yourself up to the other housemates then by default you're going to cause yourself to be an outcast and put up for eviction because people haven't connected with you so they don't feel bad about nominating you. Then because it's now a Vote To Save, someone like Liz doesn't stand a chance of surviving.

She doesn't seem like a psycho to me. She strikes me as a self contained eccentric who prefers animals to people.
What intrigues me is WHY she has gone into CBB. I want to find out. I find her far more interesting than the usual vacuous asses vying for air time.

As the group diminishes she would probably have more to say, very hard for her to follow all the conversations yet as there are too many people.

I think she would be more interesting in smaller groups, like if there were 6 people I think she would shine but in the very beginning you need to at least try and integrate with the group and show off your personality to some extent which she has failed to do

She lost a lot of money when she moved back to London from Somerset... I think she ended up selling the house at a loss. She properly alienated the locals, wrote horrible things about them and generally made herself unpopular, then moaned that no one liked her.

Someone said on BBBOTS that she was hard of hearing and like Sam last year found it hard to hear and join in with conversations,maybe that is why she's quiet,she's a strange lady but I love how she prefers animals to humans.

She is quite deaf... she's written a lot about it. Seriously, that's not the only thing that makes her strange... she IS strange. Although I agree that her love for animals is an endearing quality.

shes eccentric , she seems nice enough. viewing wise she is boring but she seems more real so far. even with her beliefs she doesn't go all mental on people about it like most people do which is refreshing.
hopefully he will come out of herself more before she gets the boot

Oh good I thought it was just me. I like Liz, I don't think she is a freak or weird I would describe or as quirky/eccentric. She is nothing in person as to how she comes across in print, she obviously puts alot of her personality into her writing.

Let's face it, being more interesting than the rest of the females in there isn't exactly a stretch. Just the fact she's got a proper job sets her apart.

Reminds me of BB7's Nikki in a way. Eccentric and on the verge of a nervous breakdown... difference is Nikki was flat-out hilarious and vastly entertaining, even if her mental state was clearly fragile.

Don't hate Liz as such, just don't think her painfully anti-personality character backs up her being a total nutcase.

Very true. Can't help but ROFL when people think being a fruity psycho makes you deeply complex and 3D. Most women in there are either models or reality television persona. Hardly a challenging quest bringing in something other than good looks.

Good to see her seeming more relaxed and getting involved in conversations on live feed.

Hopefully being saved will give her the confidence 2 relax a bit more and we can see more of her.

I've got to say, I was expecting her to go and my comments today have almost been a bit harsh on Liz as a result because I didn't really envisage any other result. I kind of hope she continues to open up because she's got the potential to be a great housemate but I'm just not sure if the nominations will be kind to her. I'm expecting her to go next, she's still an outsider in the house at large.
