I hated Justin Timberlake's "sexyback" when it was first leaked. I thought it was a horrible mess. After a week of hearing it on the radio I loved it, I still like it.

Also, the Smashing Pumpkins., Today and Disarm, I remember hating them and thinking the vocals were horrible, Then Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness came out, and i was obsessed with them. now Smashing Pumpkins is my favorite band of all time.
