She almost threw water when she got to the end of her tether, which is understandable given the fact he'd followed her round the house screaming about her "poor daughter" and was repeatedly asked to stop. But the fact is she stopped herself.

She didn't bring him down at all, and if anything she's the one needing to be taken down a peg or two - he asks her if she thinks sleeping with 5 men in one night is acceptable; would she tell her daughter that she had done that - she responds by saying she'd beat him in an IQ test and started shouting abuse at him. He touched a nerve because he's right, she shouldn't be doing **** like that. That doesn't mean he should be either, but she's a very arrogant, condescending woman who can't take criticism. Did you not see her in the garden discussing the fact she got booed with Lionel? "People just don't like me." Why is that Luisa? She's as bad as Lee. Everyone else has the problem, not her. Makes me roll my eyes.

It was a silly convo, she didn't say she'd slept with 5 guys did she, it was a hypothetical avout attitudes to men and women and promiscuity wasn't it?
I think in a roundabout way Dappy thinks women should have self respect because he respects women, particularly mothers, because he admires his own mum so much - for her to bring up his mother and saying she'd be ashamed of him is probably what pissed him off so much because he was trying to get Luisa to recognise that her daughter shouldn't have a mum who sleeps around.

So what? She hit a nerve but that wasn't okay? But when he did it was acceptable? "She started it!!!!" well he ended up continuing it and dragged himself down further by bringing her daughter into it (when he has kids himself) and refusing to let it go.
Had Dappy not decided to be petty and do it back, I'd understand, but he took it one step further so why should I care who did it first?
I'm going to admit Luisa shouldn't have said that but that doesn't mean Dappy's behaviour was acceptable at all.

I think in a roundabout way Dappy thinks women should have self respect because he respects women, particularly mothers, because he admires his own mum so much - for her to bring up his mother and saying she'd be ashamed of him is probably what pissed him off so much because he was trying to get Luisa to recognise that her daughter shouldn't have a mum who sleeps around.
He should respect that Luisa is her own person and can do what she pleases without him ranting at her.

I've no idea about his personal life :laugh: I'd guess they don't have a good relationship; but I think by his words he doesn't think it's acceptable for a woman to be sleeping around. He might be a hypocrite of the highest order but that doesn't mean he isn't making a good point. I think the comments Luisa made about his mother really offended him and his comments about her daughter really offended her - on some level I think they're both ashamed of sleeping around; he criticises others for doing it and she has a superiority complex which she exercises whenever she's challenged on one of her flaws.

..that's really unfair Jack and wrong to get personal about people's views and why they like someone...I didn't like or agree with what Evander said there but that still doesn't mean that there aren't some admirable things about him and for me it's no worse than Jim hitting females in the past..but he is quite popular on the forum, but that doesn't mean that the people who like him would admire that aspect of him...
