I think she has a superiority complex that kicks in whenever one of her flaws is being exposed. She made comments outside with Lionel about how people never seem to like her but she was "expecting" it - rather than question why people are booing her, she acts like she was expecting it and it's other people with the problem, not her. Same thing again with Dappy and her comments about his IQ - it's the weakest, most baseless way to try and win an argument.

Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is a ridiculous idea as their are so many different ways of looking at this somewhat mal-formed concept.

Another interpretation would be 'I can't speak to a mind with fixed opinions', but using the IQ concept to offend and hurt, which clearly worked and perhaps backfired.

A lesson to us all, criticism creates enemies.

or she decides that having someone chase you all over the house trying to convince you that your wrong is just too tiring to put up with while in the house and feels it is easier to keep quite than to be nagged at all the time. Lee can't make a decison on anything not ruled by his friend 'Dick' :)

She avoided answering his question (which would have made him stop) and instead told him he was a disappointment to his mother and then started screaming at him. All of this after telling him she was above talking about this to someone like him of such low intelligence........ essentially she felt challenged by his words because they struck a chord with her, he pushed it and the "I'm above this" facade got left behind in the bedroom and she let it all hang out for all to see in the kitchen. Dappy was being a dick but she went and took it to the next level in return, at least he was consistent with his shocking behaviour! :laugh:

I find it difficult to evaluate the whole thing in the same way as I am aware of the BB slicing up and condensing what happened as evidenced by Luisa remark of being followed everywhere. I also see Dappy using the emotional pressure of 'you’re a parent you are hurting your child with your actions' to prove his attitude.

So they are equally guilty of bringing in irrational emotional pressure objects into the exchange of what can be basically summed up as 'is it wrong for a 'mother' to enjoy her body with lots of men?'

Luisa can't know how Dappy's mum feels about him. Dappy can't know the future effect on Luisa's child.

They are emotional pressure statements. Parents worry about their children, it’s an inbuilt survival mechanism, so Dappy hit the one thing Luisa has no real defence against and what I think you see as striking a chord. Dappy is not as confident of himself as he pretends to be.
