View Full Version : What was the best money you've ever spent?
Was it on a house, a car, a pet, or a gadget? Etc.

well I didn't actually spend it but my partner did. A few years ago we had this old heavy caravan. Now he cant reverse with the caravan on so we head to heave and push it in or owt wherever we wanted it. Now he came into a bit of money due to a family beavrement and we bought a new caravan (about 2 years old) and on this caravan was a mover, its a like a remote control for your caravan no more heaving it in and out you just use the remote, best thing ever invented imo lol.
I paid Lee for one night of unforgettable pleasure. We played with each other all night. Man that was a good game of scrabble.

My dog. We bought her at 18 weeks and her owners (chav scum from Warrington) had her tied up in a shed in the garden and posted an ad on Facebook saying "need IT gone". She had no injections, worming, anything and it was February so it was freezing cold and she was just in the shed frozen.
We drove up that night and just forced £200 on them and saved her. She's an English Bulldog x Boxer and she's the sweetest dog I've ever had.
I'd say that £200 probably saved her life so that's my "most well spent".

My car, definitely.
..I guess it would probably have to be our house, just because it's been our family home for many years...

A loft conversion, sounds dull but I love this room as it has a roof window and you can relax in there and watch the night sky and when it rains it is so soothing.

Hmmm... yes my house, on reflection. But my car is a very close second.
