Usually without the skin.. In fact almost always without the skin, but I have eaten it maybe once or twice with the skin on out of pure laziness!

urgh without the skin of course and as someone else said peeled and sliced, they are quite messy though.

I eat it with a spoon out of the skin but don't EAT the skin, it gets binned. I use the skin as like "the wrapper" ha

I don't eat the skin the little hairs make me shiver lol I cut it in half and scoop the inside out with a spoon.

I really love it, I only tried eating the skin like a year ago but it was amazing, have eaten them like that ever since!

The skin of a kiwi is completely edible – in fact, consuming the fuzzy outer shell actually makes the fruit more nutritious. The skin of a kiwifruit contains fiber and vitamin C. It also makes consuming kiwi less messy because it holds the flesh together as you snack on the fruit. However, you should wash a kiwi before consuming it with the skin on, just like you would wash an apple or peach.
